Maintenance Contracts

Our University on-site maintenance contract includes parts, Labour and VAT, so if your PC system develops a hardware fault, you don't need to worry about paying extra money to sort the problem. Our maintenance service also carries a maximum 6 working hour response time. Maintenance Contracts are available in either annual contracts.

Paid Repair

If your department has PCs that have gone faulty that aren't under maintenance with us, We also do a Time & Materials scheme. All you have to do is just pay us for the parts and the Labour that the repair requires.
